4. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, we offer a 50% partial refund only. Since digital products (source code, templates, apps) cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, a full refund is not possible. However, we understand genuine concerns and offer a fair 50% resolution.
How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase using one of the following methods:
- Option 1:Submit a refund request via the Support / Contact form on our website. Select "Refund Request" as your reason and describe your issue.
- Option 2:Email us directly at [email protected] with your Order ID, registered email, and reason for your refund request.
What Happens After Approval
- Your refund request is reviewed by our support team (within 2–4 business days).
- If approved, 50% of your paid amount is returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- All reuse licenses, download links, and access permissions associated with your purchase are immediately revoked and expired upon approval.
- You are required to delete all copies of the purchased digital product from your devices and systems.
🚨 Legal Notice — Unauthorized Reuse After Refund
If, after receiving a 50% refund, a customer is found to have continued using, distributed, resold, or re-uploaded our digital product (source code, app, or template) in any form — this constitutes theft of intellectual property. Deep Smile Group reserves the right to take full legal action including but not limited to filing a DMCA takedown, notifying the Google Play Store / App Store of policy violations, and pursuing civil or criminal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase.
- Products where the customer has already submitted or published the purchased source code to any app store.
- Requests without a valid order ID or verifiable purchase record.
- Service bookings (closed testing, consulting, publishing services) which have already commenced.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external sites not operated by us. We have no control over the content and practices of these external sites.
