1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Deep Smile Group website and our digital marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Digital Products & Licensing
We sell premium apps, templates, and Source Code meant for further development or deployment by the purchaser. Buying a product grants you a non-exclusive license to use the files subject to our license guidelines. You may not resell the exact unmodified source code package directly.
3. Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)
We pride ourselves on providing highly optimized, production-ready digital products.
No Refund Policy on Source Code
Because digital assets and source code can be copied instantly, all sales are final. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ISSUE A REFUND ONCE A SOURCE CODE OR DIGITAL ASSET PURCHASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED. By clicking 'Buy Now', you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital good that cannot be returned, and you waive the right to dispute the charges for a refund.
4. Support and Modifications
While we try our best to ensure our products compile perfectly upon download, Deep Smile Group is not responsible for errors arising from manual modifications made by the purchaser to the Source Code, or due to external API/SDK deprecation over time. Standard purchases do not include custom consulting work.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws governing the business entities of India (i.e. DesiTech / JaipurLabs). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts.
