1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Deep Smile Group website (deepsmilegroup.com) and our digital marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or purchase digital assets.
2. Digital Products & Licensing Rights
We provide production-ready source code, native mobile applications, and development templates. Purchasing a digital asset grants the licensee full non-exclusive commercial rights to rebrand, customize, compile, and publish the application under their own Google Play Developer or Apple Developer accounts. Direct resale of the raw unmodified source code package on third-party asset stores is prohibited.
3. Instant Delivery & Refund Policy
All source code assets and digital deliverables are provided immediately via automated instant digital download following successful payment authorization.
Because digital software and intellectual property cannot be returned once downloaded, all source code sales are final. Please review product specifications, tech stacks, and feature documentation thoroughly before completing checkout.
4. Technical Support & Maintenance
Every product includes comprehensive compilation guides and setup documentation. Deep Smile Group provides post-purchase assistance for initial environment setup via WhatsApp and email support. Custom architectural modifications, bespoke feature additions, and third-party API configurations are available via dedicated custom development agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Deep Smile Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform policy updates, app store review delays, or third-party SDK deprecations. Licensees are responsible for maintaining their own developer credentials and adhering to app store program guidelines.
